Originally from Pennsylvania, I still consider myself to be a North Carolina native. After countless summers of traveling to the east coast of NC, I figured why not move here! I found the perfect school to transfer to for my career & enrolled in East Carolina University! Once I graduated with my B.S. in Interior Design, I moved back to Pennsylvania to get married and work in the kitchen & bath industry as my husband finished up Medical School in Northeastern PA.
God truly blessed us to move back to North Carolina for my husband’s residency and we couldn’t be happier! The Durham/Chapel Hill area has so many things to do that you never seem to be bored! When we do have down time, we spend a lot of it traveling, both abroad and locally to visit our friends and family on the east coast. Our most recent adventure abroad was a trip to the Maldives for medical school graduation as well as celebrating our wedding anniversary, and it was even more stunning in person! When we are not traveling, we spend a lot of time outdoors hiking with our dog, Castiel or enjoying time with our lifegroup from church!
One thing that I am very passionate about is college football- being born & raised in Pennsylvania, I spent a few years at Penn State before transferring to ECU and am a PSU fan for life! My husband and I met at Penn State and we frequently go back to see the school, our friends who stayed in State College & of course to watch the football games! If you see us on a Saturday in the fall, there’s a good chance we’ll be in blue & white! WE ARE!
